He thrives in  blonding services and mens grooming. He is certified in tape-in extensions and is a national educator for Sunlights Balayage. Fun fact about Bailey .. He can work ambidextrous.

Katharine is a passionate hairstylist with a deep love for making people feel beautiful. With 6 six years of experience in the beauty industry, she has honed in on her skills in various hair techniques from cutting and coloring to styling and treatments. Katharine is not just a talented stylist, but also a wife and a momma. Balancing motherhood and a career in beauty gives her a unique perspective on making people feel confident from the inside out. Her dedication to her craft is evident in every appointment as she strives to bring out the best in everyone who sits in her chair.
